This project is a ten story 4 star energy efficient 12,400 sm building. It is the first building in a new CBD for Springfield town centre. A key aspect of the design is the open floor plate to the north west. A ten storey naturally ventilated lobby space is placed to the east.
The lobby space plays a significant role in reducing the energy requirements of the building.
The second fire stair doubles as an internal access to the floor plates reducing lift demand.
Balconies are placed on the northern and western sides to allow “green spaces” and assist with sun control with other sun control through horizontal and vertical fins
