J and K series Villas

This internationally award winning project consists of 12 luxury beachfront villas in Danang that are part of the Ocean Villas estate. Each has been custom designed to suit the individual owners however much care has been taken to blend the buildings to create a beachside community.

The design solution is a blend of modernist contemporary styling with several references to vernacular Vietnamese residential buildings.

Each building is carefully placed not only within its site but also in relation to its neighbours to allow privacy as well as consistency with the estate

A key feature of each building is the placement of the courtyard. The courtyard, an element used extensively in tropical climates is used here both as a climate modifier and also an outdoor space that provides relief from the prevailing winds from the ocean.
